Algorythmic, Written by Noah Bean (California) - A single woman uses a dating app in the hopes of finding a partner as the chimes of her maternal midnight ring in her ears. But can a mathematical algorithm really know the secrets to love? It is with tremendous joy that I have begun to dive deeper into the craft of writing after twenty years of working in television, film and theater primarily as an actor. Collaborating with others and learning from those who have perfected their craft is an invaluable artistic experience which I hope to gain from these festivals and workshops. We learn about the world through the process of sharing our stories - we find our humanity through opening ourselves to the collaboration and development of those stories with others.
